November 29, 2004 journal, a continental breakfast at Comfort Inn in Williamsburg, Va.

Sugar depletes the immune system and contributes to obesity. Artificial prefabricated and processed foods are all they serve.  They did have a good cream cheese to spread on their whole wheat toast if one is willing to endanger his or her life on any loaf bread with all the preservatives and additives in all preserved the breads. American’s seem unconcerned and stupid and ignorant of what these easy convenient foods are causing in the body or health. The Arabs have not attacked us again even if they did the first time because I believe they know that we are killing ourselves faster by eating junk than they could ever kill us all off. Sugarized breakfast cereal is the favorite American way since Dr. Kellogg and corn flakes. Processed milk, margarine, sweet rolls and coffee made with fluorine / chlorine city water. Processed milk that looks like chalk water now grown with hormones.  We have not any chance to survive, is this all by design of the New World Order to eliminate 80 percent of the population?  Life is sweet; life is short if we eat sweets. Educated ignorance contributes to serious mental and health deficiencies which make us a dependant people in my opinion. I love raw peanuts but if they are put in a plastic bag or container, they will develop mold. Mold is definitely a health risk.  Peanuts traditionally are stored in a burlap bag to breath. Indians from Hindu India own most all the hotels and motels today in America while the Arabs own many of the gas stations and Mexicans do most of the hard labor here today. Where are all the Americans so called, which took this land away from the native Indians? Most all our merchandize is now made in China so we are mostly dependant on others. From historic Williamsburg and the William and Mary College south on Highway 5 to the ferry crossing.  Driving along the James River on highway 5 West to Hopewell Virginia. I like to see Virginia in its natural form so wooded and like true nature that is unspoiled. And now the grind along Interstate 85 south through Duke's Durham with the very most Construction’s worst mess in the nation.  This is tobacco country as is the Richmond area. 20 percent of America smokes tobacco, 65% of America is considered obese.  Seeing this breakfast makes me wonder how anyone can be alive today and at least unhealthy for sure. So if you are fortunate enough to survive all the artificial food and butter flavored popcorn and margarine that causes pulmonary fibrosis and no doubt many other deadly diseases, and you get on this highway with its nonstop construction/destruction, then your chances are good at dying an unnatural death under the wheels of a 50,000 lb. tractor trailer truck or being spun off the road by an aggressive driver or a rollover SUV Ford Explorer with automatic blowout tires.  Construction sites are deathtraps with their articulating lanes that swing the vehicles like a roller coaster.  You are likely to fall into more trouble than being dragged out of your car and thrown to the ground by a policeman like the lady was in California waiting at an airport terminal.  Motorists have virtually no rights left under this so-called constitution and freedom to move about is extremely limited to say the least.

Two members of the British Parliament have been kicked out, one for calling the Bush

a moron and the other for calling him an idiot.  The little yellow ribbon curls on the cars means I support our troops killing innocent civilians by the billions including women and children.  War is hell and we will not win this avenge.   Let us surrender our lives to God Almighty and will, according to the Commandments of Moses and the Ministry of Christ.

As night falls my homeland is in sight and a Cracker Barrel restaurant for beans & greens.

Cracker Barrel is not perfect but they are a good start toward better health with natural food prepared fresh and always butter on the table instead of artificial margarine spreads.
